Roadmap của Bestie được sắp thứ tự để tránh mở quá nhiều quyền lực trước khi character, memory, diagnostics và permissions đủ vững.

Tránh sai lầm nguy hiểm

1. Không build Zep trước SQLite local.
2. Không mở rộng MCP/ACP trước Doctor và permissions.
3. Không để tone cà khịa thành abusive.
4. Không marketing là conscious, therapy, romance hoặc perfect memory.
5. Không làm onboarding v1 quá dài.
