• Chốt canonical repo/package name.
• Thêm LICENSE.
• Thêm public README quickstart.
• Thêm CONTRIBUTING.md.
• Thêm SECURITY.md.
• Thêm CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md.
• Thêm issue templates và PR template.
• Thêm CI workflow.
• Thêm .env.example chỉ có empty values.
• .gitignore loại .bestie/, .env*, logs, DB, build outputs, node_modules/.
• Xóa private planning notes, local transcripts, raw vendor notes.
• Chạy secret scan trước first push.
• Chạy build/test từ clean checkout.

Public claims
